USDA Inspected Beef Cuts

Our beef cuts come from registered angus beef cattle raised on our farm in Highland County. Our cattle are grass fed and finished here on our farm year-round to provide the best nutrition and environment for them to grow throughout their lifespan. We use the top genetic practices to produce the best marbling, tenderness and taste to deliver the greatest eating experience possible for our customers.
